What Is Bone Stacking?
Think about lifting something heavy. You can lift it with muscle, or you can lift it by stacking your bones straight into the ground.
Your bones are way stronger than your muscles. When they're stacked in a straight line, the weight travels straight down into the ground instead of your muscles having to hold it up. That's what makes something heavy feel light.
Acroyoga works the same way. That's why we use straight lines: arms straight with locked elbows, feet stacked straight above the hips. The straighter the line, the more the ground holds the weight instead of you.
Look at the picture above. That's bone stacking in action.
