Classes and bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancelling a membership requires 30 days' notice, with a 2-month minimum commitment.

Memberships can be frozen for 2 to 4 weeks, up to 3 times a year. A freeze applies from the day you request it and is not retroactive. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.

Unused classes in a billing period don't roll over to the next month.

We may change class schedules, teachers or prices with reasonable notice.

Assumption of risk

Acroyoga is a physical, partner-based activity with an inherent risk of injury. By taking part in any class, workshop or event, you confirm you're physically able to participate and you accept that risk. We recommend checking with a doctor before starting any physical activity, and please tell your teacher before class about any injury, pregnancy or medical condition. AcroByJoe, its teachers and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Buying products (Acroyoga Triangle 2.0)

In Israel: 250 ILS, paid via Bit, picked up from the studio in Tel Aviv. Payment and pickup are arranged on WhatsApp.

Outside Israel: €80 plus €30 shipping, paid by card through Stripe. Delivery times vary by destination.

For remote purchases you can cancel under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as it's unused and returned in its packaging. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, may apply. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the product is defective.

If a product arrives defective, we'll replace it or refund it in full. Reach us on WhatsApp or by email.

Class packs, memberships and classes bought at the studio or by phone are non-refundable once activated or once the class has taken place, except where the law requires otherwise.

For services bought online (including the online course and online workshops), Israeli law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. If you're on an ongoing online subscription, you can cancel anytime and you'll only be charged for the period you actually used.

Access to the online course and classroom (via Skool) is for your personal use only. Don't share your login or redistribute course content.

All content on this site and in the online course, including videos, photos, text and course materials, belongs to AcroByJoe and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
