Studio AcroByJoe ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, studio systems and connected tools, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us directly: name, phone and email, when you fill out a form on the site, book a class, join the online course or message us on WhatsApp.
- Purchase details: payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Bit, Arbox). We never store card numbers. For orders shipped abroad we also collect your shipping address and phone number.
- Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you found the site. This is collected through standard tools: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel for measuring ad performance.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar tools so it works properly, so we can understand how it's used, and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less well without them. The analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel) load only after you press Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page.
How we use your information
- To run classes, bookings, memberships and the online course.
- To handle purchases and shipping.
- To contact you about classes, workshops and updates.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share only what's needed with the service providers we work with: payment providers, our studio management system (Arbox), our course platform (Skool), WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft and Meta. Some of these providers store data outside Israel.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. Email us at acrobyjoe@gmail.com and we'll get back to you soon.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
