The 7-Day Acroyoga Challenge
This challenge gives you free videos and real technique, helps you find a partner and a community near you, and a lot more to help make acroyoga part of your life.
By the end of the 7 days, you're going to learn your first full acroyoga sequence. It's going to be beautiful. You'll be able to film it at the park, the beach, or even in your living room. Here's a preview of the full sequence:
But don't do it yet. Start from the beginning.
Before you start
First, watch the video below to learn:

- Basic rules in alignment
- The acroyoga "touch language"
Pose 1: Foot to Shin
Pose 2: Bird
Now one of the most classic poses in all of acroyoga: the Bird pose. There are several ways to do it: with hands, without hands, with one foot.
Once you've got it down, it makes a really good party trick, and it's perfect for content at the beach.
Pose 3: Folded Leaf
A great stretch pose, and a nice breather between the more intense holds.
It's simple to set up, but it feels amazing for the flyer: a deep stretch through the back and shoulders while fully trusting your partner.
You can also give your partner a gentle massage in this pose.
The Folded Leaf exit
Got Folded Leaf down? Let's finish it right. Getting into the pose is only half of it. Exiting safely matters just as much. Here's exactly how to roll out of Folded Leaf without any strain on the flyer or the base.

FAQ
How often should we practice?
Short sessions work best. A few minutes a day for 7 days teaches your body more than one long session a week.
Do we need a mat?
A soft surface is a must. A mat is ideal, but grass or sand works too. Avoid hard floors.
