למי מכם שעדיין לא נתקל וחווה, אקרו יוגה הוא אימון שמבוצע בין 2 אנשים (בסיס ופלייר) ומשלב תנוחות מעולם היוגה האקרובטיקה והריקוד. המטרה היא לייצר מנחים יציבים ומאוזנים ולחברם בתנועות זורמות ונקיות.

נעים להכיר! שמי ג'ו ולאקרו יוגה הגעתי מהצורך לאיזון, לחיבור, למגע ולתחושת הגשמה עצמית. הכניסה של האקרו יוגה לחיי שינתה אותם מקצה לקצה והיום אני מתמקד בלהפיץ את האור הזה לעוד ועוד אנשים. אני מקווה שאתם הולכים להיות הבאים בתור 🙂
