Welcome to AcroByJoe. By booking a class, joining our online course, or using this website, you're agreeing to these terms.
Classes & Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Memberships can be frozen for 2-4 weeks per year (non-retroactive), message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. We reserve the right to change class schedules, teachers, or pricing with reasonable notice.
Assumption of Risk
Acroyoga is a physical, partner-based activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any class, workshop, or event, you confirm you're physically able to take part and you accept that risk. AcroByJoe, its teachers, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Online School
Access to the online course/classroom (via Skool) is for your personal use only. Don't share your login or redistribute course content.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We don't store your card details.
In-person class packs, memberships, and studio bookings purchased on-site or by phone are non-refundable once activated or once the class/session has taken place, except as required by law.
For services purchased online (including the online course/Skool subscription and any online workshops), Israeli law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100 (whichever is lower). If you're on an ongoing online subscription, you can cancel anytime and you'll only be charged for the period you actually used.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and in the online course, videos, photos, text, and course materials, belongs to AcroByJoe and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
